Information We Collect
Similar to Landscape Design: Garden AI, we collect minimal information to provide our services:
- Plant Photos: Images you upload are temporarily processed for identification and diagnosis, then immediately deleted.
- Approximate Location: City-level location data (not precise coordinates) to provide climate-appropriate plant care advice.
- Usage Information: Anonymous analytics to improve app performance and user experience.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- User accounts or personal identifiers
- Email addresses or contact information
- Precise location data or exact addresses
- Payment information (handled by Apple App Store)
Data Retention
We adhere to strict data retention policies:
- Plant photos are deleted immediately after processing
- Location data is processed temporarily and not stored
- Usage analytics are retained for up to 12 months in anonymized form
- No permanent user profiles or accounts are maintained
